Overview

CompleteRx is searching for an IS Support Analyst to handle all technology related needs and provide basic and complex incident resolution for partner pharmacies throughout the State of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be an IT subject matter expert with experience in troubleshooting problems and providing guidance about products such as system administration, computers, printers, packaging equipment, fax machines, servers, electronic equipment used in the operations daily processes and functions. Facility Overview:

CompleteRx is responsible for managing and operating the pharmacy program at The State Office of Pharmacy Services (SOPS).  SOPS Pharmacy Distribution Center is a 24 hour operation that provides drug procurement and distribution to over 51 facilities throughout the State of Massachusetts.  This position is located in Tewsbury, MA; however, intermittent travel to other facilities is required (as needed) to ensure continuity of patient care.

 

 

What You Will Do

  • Maintain pharmacy equipment (i.e. printers, packaging equipment, labeling equipment, fax machines, scanners, etc.) 
  • Provide after hour on call support for Pharmacy related IT issues .
  • Coordinate all equipment repairs with SOPS staff
  • Maintain server software updates and conduct data backup services as needed
  • Identify and maintain hardware upgrades.
  • Perform equipment setup (laptops, desktops, monitors, phones, hotspots, etc.).
  • Coordinate with SOPS IT to reset user passwords.
  • Provide remote and in-Person software support.

  

What You Will Need 

  • Associates degree or at least 2 years of College
  • 2+ years as a Desktop Support Technician
  • 1+ years of Windows Server administration
  • 4 years of experience in the IT support field.
  • Minimum one year experience providing support in a Microsoft based environment
  • Minimum one year experience troubleshooting Android and iOS smartphones
  • Minimum one year experience troubleshooting printers, packaging devices, etc.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent from a technical school preferred
  • Experience working/managing Windows SQL Server preferred
